BOL’HAN Institute offers personal training for individuals who are dedicated to the evolution of conscious awareness. Energy Workers, Healers, Coaches, Instructors, Inner Searches of Spirit, those beginning the Expansion of Conscious Awareness (including athletes and business professionals who want to excel) can all benefit from the programs offered at BOL’HAN Institute.

The initial premise of the trainings is based upon the fact that Energy is constantly moving, creating, and attaching to the outward manifestations of life unless it is being focused and directed Inside oneself with conscious awareness. Either energy is directing you (Life Happens; Victim; Re-Action; Chaos), or you are directing energy (Shielding, Containing & Storing energy; Taking Action; Evolving, Consciously Connected to Spirit).  

Individuals learn to track how the inner energies are moving and creating, then begin containing the once outwardly moving energies and directing them with focus and intent into new and expansive ways, thereby promoting conscious growth and awareness. Most people live on “Automatic Pilot.” Some people become “Conscious” – alert to how perceptions and filters are programmed to run in certain repetitive patterns of behavior (conditioned responses). Few people expand into “Conscious Awareness” – knowing when energy is going out, having enough stored energy to stop the outward movement, and contain the energy, directing it with focus and intent into a new awareness.

Conscious Awareness incorporates expanding perceptions and then being able to “Handle” the expansion so one can integrate the newness. It’s not what you are capable of “choosing,” it is what you are capable of “attaining.”  At BOL’HAN Institute we offer possibilities in the Advancement of Extra.
