BOL’HAN Institute is a Center for “Advanced” Studies of Inner Evolution.  It is an “Advanced” education for individuals who know they want to live conscious aware connected.

 To begin working you must first set up an initial phone consultation.  Once you have determined to work with this training, there is a minimum commitment of six months to one year (depending on which program one begins with) consisting of phone consultations and one-on-one training. 

Each individual is responsible to maintain a minimum of two phone consultations each month.  Within the first three months it is recommended the individual come to BOL’HAN Monastery (located in the Sierra foothills just one hour from Sacramento, CA) to learn various focusing tools and individual daily “Practices” that encourage the growth of one’s conscious awareness, teaching an individual how to focus, direct and contain the movement of energy.

You will be responsible to purchase a training manual, complete various assignments (readings and observations), and do some form of Formal Daily Practice to build your sacred will, pushing through limitations and building inner strength and an inner connection.

After the initial commitment is complete you can continue your training of inner expansion and evolution, forever evolving as a conscious co-worker of creation.
