Expansion of Conscious Awareness is the Awakening to an “Inner” Awareness of how you create and direct patterns of energy manifesting.  Energy is constantly moving and creating. Either energy is directing you, or you are directing energy. If one is not directing energy at any one moment, then one is on Automatic Pilot – going through life’s daily routines in the same, or similar, patterns, reacting to one situation after another with little awareness or enough energy to do anything new.
